These sessions are tailored to your needs, creating a safe space to explore the depths of your breath and the power it holds.

After an initial in-person session, remote Breathwork sessions are possible as well. Your breath is the rhythm of your life.

Your Breathwork Experience

At the beginning of a breath session, we will speak about your condition, challenges, and desires.

During the session, you will lie on a mat, fully dressed, as you are guided through the Breathwork process. The roots of this technique are found in Kriya Yoga, as part of deep cleansing and clearing experiences.

If you are experiencing dis-ease, disorientation, grief, loss, anger, depression, panic attacks, trauma, or other symptoms, I offer my 90-120 minute Breathwork session to help you experience the therapeutic potential and healing power of your own breath.
